- NO refunds will be granted after January 10th.
- If inclement weather prevents the safe operation of the Event on January 24th and 25th an alternate event date will be announced.
- If an alternate event date cannot be determined and the Texas Sentinels Foundation cancels the event in its entirety, refunds may be granted.
- NO entries accepted without payment.
- Although we will do our very best to schedule your shoot based on your flight preference, flight preferences cannot be guaranteed.
